"
to love ourselves means to extend to those various selves that we have been along the way the same degree of compassion and concern that we would extend to anyone else." - Frederick Buechner

Welcome to the counseling practice of Kate McGill. If you are here, you must be considering taking steps towards counseling. I encourage you to take a look and if you have any questions, please feel free to email or call me. It is my desire to work with you to help you get the best care you need.
I work with children, individuals and couples who are struggling through issues of:
o Self worth & self doubt
o Loneliness
o Depression
o Anxiety
o Grief & loss
o Attachment (including Adoption and Foster Care)
o Intimacy
o Navigating life transitions and
o Spirituality/issues of faith.
It is my understanding that many of these categories overlap with each other and often one is not seen without the other. My hope is to help you name that which you struggle with and to come to a place where you do not fear the struggle but see it as a place of hope.
I am co-facilitating a group beginning in January with Candice Czubernat: A Women's Story and Relationship Group
Cost: $45/90 min sessions.
Location: 2324 Eastlake Ave E, Suite 510, Seattle
Duration: 8 weeks
Max: 6-7 people
If you are interested in being a part of a women's group that explores what keeps you from getting the kind of relationships you want, please call soon.
This is a safe and secure environment to share your story and learn to hope for your future.
